What do you think our kids need other than getting a good job and earning enough?

#malathierudition πŸ’œ My great parents thought to provide me with what they lacked. They provided me with a good education, as they thought that the qualification would make my life happy. Now what should I do to be a great parent to my kids? Is it just the good education, a qualification as my parents thought? No. There is something that I lacked and I have to make sure it exists in my daughters lives.            That is financial intelligence. Not just college education but financial education which is not in the curriculum of our education system is to be taught to our kids for shaping their lives to be happy. I will make sure. For parents, an insight into the career of a son vs a daughter

#malathierudition  πŸ’œFor some decades, most parents did not differentiate their daughters from their sons when it comes to education. We always have seen many talks about such great parents like mine. With respect to career, mostly sons satisfy the parents but daughters struggle. Why?       Only some intelligent girls immediately after their studies put efforts to achieve their dream jobs and share its fruits with their parents before marriage. Some may miss that wonderful experience because of many reasons but mostly being innocent. Whatsoever every girl has to go through marriage and have kids. At some point they put their careers on hold to take care of their children. First child, then break, then work, again second child, then break, then work. Only highly focused women get back and strive to continue. Others stay back being great home makers.      After all this, if they wish to pursue higher studies, then they have to choose between their education and job. They have to choose o
